Guillaume Nicoud

Guillaume Nicoud is a historian of art and architecture, specialised in the history of cultural relations and interactions in the Western world between the late 18th and the mid 19th century. He received his PhD from EPHE, EPSL (Paris) in 2016 and from 2016 to 2022 he has been a SNF post-doctoral researcher at the Archivio del Moderno, Università della Svizzera italiana, where he is currently an associate researcher. A member of the SAPRAT team in France (EPHE/PSL, EA 4116), he leads, together with M. Castor at the DFK, Centre allemand d’histoire de l’art (Paris), research programmes on culture heritage and architecture.
